Classic Derani Jethani Ice Cream was founded over 25 years ago by Late Shri Bhanuprasad Desai. His dream was simple: to serve freshly churned ice cream, made in small quantities, using the traditional method.

What began in a modest home kitchen soon became a city-wide favourite. Families loved the purity, the taste, and the warmth behind every flavour. Today, managed by the 3rd generation of the Desai family, we continue to serve ice creams the way they were meant to be – artisanal, authentic, and made with love.
